We currently accept Aetna, Beacon Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Optum, Oscar, Tricare, United Healthcare and select Medicaid plans.
*Many insurance companies will reimburse for an out-of-network mental health provider. Call your insurance company and ask how much you will be reimbursed. A Superbill for insurance reimbursement for plans not accepted can be provided upon request.
Medication Management - Self-pay $325 for 60-minute initial visit and $165 for 30 minute follow up visit
Cancellation/Missed appointment fee of $85 if an appointment is missed or not canceled within 24 hrs.
